Hey Mike;
Cheatam wildlife management area comes to mind. There are some other areas in cheatam,wilson,rutherford and hickman counties that are along waterways or bordered by private land that are hunted a lot the first couple of weeks of each segment and then seems to drop off. They don't really have names like C.W.M. mentioned above just little pockets that hold deer and even have food plots put in by T.W.R.A. I enjoy hunting Cheatam Wildlife Manage. because it is so large. Probably never get the bruiser buck of my dreams there but will usually see does with an occational decent buck. I'm glad that T.W.R.A provides plenty of land to hunt on for the average hunter.

Hey John thanks for the kind words. Sorry don't know any OBryan's in Tenn. Tell me about that public land you got up there. I know your season opens before ours and I'm always up for additional opportunities.

Hey Mike;
Have caught some of your hunts on public land on You Tube. The first one I saw was you getting busted by some does and all I could hear was that familar blowing sound that seems to go on for an hour when you are the one getting busted. I could relate to that one for sure. I also do a lot of hunting on public land in Tenn. and enjoyed this article about using the drainage ditch. I hope that I can use this to my advantage in the coming season. Also, there are some OBrians that live here in Tenn. that went to Antioch just wondering if you were related to them. Take care thanks for the information and the You Tube hunts. Have help pass the time while sitting on my backside recovering from Hip replacement.

                             Thanks John
